This app is pretty good all around and the developer(s) did a nice job building up the foundations of a beautiful app, but their is always room for improvement. It would be nice to have a topic where people throw in a few suggestions. So, let’s kick it off.

Some Fixes:

- A lot of the exoplanets have the exact same textures

- Most exoplanets have some nice textures, but a select few are just a bit unrealistic, some gas giants and “lava world” just have a surface a bit far fetched. For example, the textures of CoRot-7 b and CoRot-24 b.

- Your “layout” and basic functionality of the app is not bad, but it could be changed a little. For example a really simple app to use is sky safari.

Some Features:

- Adding every moon discovered in the solar systems and ever coment, asteroid, trans-neptunian object, etc.

- More Stars, billion of discovered stars with designation are out there.

- Potentially Exomoons

- More data on all object, things like radii, eccentricity of planets and such, etc.

None of these are complaints, just a few suggestions to start off with. Keep up the good work!

Another Fix I came across was that several exoplanets had extremely high temperatures, it appears that the temperatures in the info section of the planets is its host star temperature. For example a warm Terran planet has a approximate surface temperature of over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hi Kyler,

Thanks for buying the app and an extra thank you for starting the conversation here! We weren't expecting much interaction in the forum until the user base was well into the thousands but glad to see there's at least one trailblazer out there.

Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback and ideas. Pretty much all of it is on our roadmap or wishlist - great minds!

There are so many objects in the solar system but we need to add more sophisticated 3D rendering support for most, if not all, of the ones not included in the app today. Are there any "favorites" you would especially like to see?

Thanks for catching that - you're right that 2k+ degrees Fahrenheit is a bit toasty for a terrestrial planet. We're looking into what is causing the temperature value to be so inflated.
